A fixed size popup appears when writting a private message. This has no scroll bar on this box.
The small message box within this is you can change the size. That is great but you can make it too big and cannot click "Send" (Well I think it is send. I cannot see it anymore)
Just having a scroll bar for the popup will fix this problem.
Also it seems to save your settings which is normally graet but now I cannot send a Private message.
Problem is there in IE9 and FF (latest) on Windows 7 for me. I imagine this is a problem on all of them.
