URL Rewrite Module HTTP to HTTPs

Hello...

I am using IIS7,

My problem is, i got the code to change HTTP to HTTPs and vice versa but when the page tranfer from HTTP to HTTPS,

the image on HTTPS are not shown, they get delink as if path is wrong, can any one help me in this..
