I wanted to upgrade to WebMatrix 2 which uses WPI 4, so it does something with WPI 3 files but something must have gone wrong. I think....
I have tried installing as Administrator, as a user in the Admin group, as a user with Admin privs...
I tried deleting the specified files by hand as an Admin and I cannot!
The files are in C:Program Files\Microsoft\Web Platform Installer. The only files left are all 0 bytes and are all language files (en, ec, fr, etc...)
I tried changing the security for these files, their directory and the parent directory and I cannot do it. Even with Admin privs.
The Owner of these files is ??????? and group is ?????? -- could that have something to do with it.
