Server object, ASP 0178 (0x80070005) The call to Server.CreateObject failed while checking permissions. Access is denied to this object.

The title of this thread is the error that keeps occurring every time I call my a dll that I created in visual studio 2010 using vb.net. This only occurs when I call that specific dll and if I were to call another dll, it would run and work properly. Are ther any solutions because the ones that I have noticed dealt with a global issue. In this instance this error only occurs with one dll. I have attempted to change the permissions of the file numerous time still didn't have any success running it. I am using vb script in a classic ASP page. Someone please help me.
