"The operation could not be completed" error on iOS devices

Hi,

I have been struggling with this for a while, and I am not finding any solution, nor any advice.  

I have several publishing points that automatically archive on the server.  I can get to the archives in Silverlight, including the last automatic archive, but fail to get to the last automatic archive in iOS devices, UNTIL I shutdown the publishing point. Example:

http://server/archfolder/pubpoint/idev-isml/2013-03-10-13-47-27-828/segment001/idev-m3u8-aapl.ism/manifest(format=m3u8-aapl).m3u8

This works fine on SL player, but not on iOS players. I get "The operation could not be completed" on my iPad/iPhone.

The "2013-03-...." above is in the archive folder path in the publishing point.  It looks like the content is somehow "locked." Older content loads fine.  And this one will too, when a new archived path is created based on the live stream.

Can anyone give any advice, hint, help please?
