Error: The specified password for user account 'sa' is not valid. WebPI 4.0 + SilverStripe

Hi there,

I'm constantly running into this error when I try to install SilverStripe CRM with Web PI.

Error: The specified password for user account 'sa' is not valid.

Made sure that password is complex: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms161959.aspx

Deleted regkey: http://www.iis.net/learn/develop/troubleshooting-webmatrix/issues-with-sql-server-express-or-mysql-when-using-webmatrix-or-webpi_1298

Reset sa password: http://forums.eukhost.com/f31/how-change-mssql-sa-password-511/#.UEdZwSK06RM

Tried 5 times now using a new VM each time on Server 2008 R2 Standard.

Any ideas please?
