Possible to enable http keep-alives at Virtual directory level?

I know it's possible to enable or disable the use of HTTP-Keep-Alives at the web site level using inetmgr.

but is it possible to enable or disable them at the Virtual directory level?  If so, how would you do that...?

For the server in question, we are running Windows 2003 Server Standard Edition Service Pack 2.
