Node templates missing (404's)

In Matrix 3, if I try to create a Node Starter site I get a 404. From the log:

DownloadManager Error: 0 : Error while downloading file 'http://download.microsoft.com/download/6/F/4/6F439734-9589-4859-AADE-B88B0B84401E/NodeJsStarterSite.zip'. Exception: System.Net.WebException: Url 'http://download.microsoft.com/download/6/F/4/6F439734-9589-4859-AADE-B88B0B84401E/NodeJsStarterSite.zip' returned HTTP status code: 404

Is this a temporary issue? Can I get the starter site some other way?
