dbDacFx Error Importing IIS Deploy Package

Hello I follow the following tutorial for do Deploy Package:

Configuring a Web Server for Web Deploy Publishing (Offline Deployment)

But when I try to Import Application from IIS Manager but I'm getting the following error:

Could not find the provider 'dbDacFx'. Please verify that you've entered the privider name correctly. Like shows int the photo bellow:

I've been searching for a few of days but I haven't found nothing yet.

Somebody can help me, pleasse?
