port redirect to SSL then offloaded

Hi Guys

I have been thrown into the deep end here and having some headaches on how to do the following if even possible.

We are running jettyweb server on a box that has each runs their own application, bound to a port (9000 or 9001)

Now i have been asked to install IIS and then redirect all requests to xxx.com (any port 80,443,9000,9001) to proxy requests via Port 443

is this even possible? anyhelp tips ect would save me.
