My problem is I have WSUS 3 and Symantec endpoint protection manager 11 running on the same server, until recently everything was fine until we got an update and now they no longer work together. Moving either program is not an option as we only have the one server and unfortunately there really isn't much more we can do. I do know if I turn off isolation mode WSUS works, but symantec does not. If I turn on isolation mode symantec runs fine but WSUS will not. I want to know if there is a work around to letting iis 6 run for wsus and at the same time, somehow, get it to run iis 6 in isolation mode for symantec.
Windows server 2003 r2 standard edition is the operating system.
