Hi,
I am asked to move IIS 6 web site from one server to another. Server I have is leased and soon needs to be decomissioned. On that server we have IIS 6 Windows 2003 Standard and we are hosting web site. I would need to move everything to a new server.
Web site is accessed internally so no need for external DNS. The task is just to move all the content and make it operational on another server. I am not sure how to do it so far I backed up whole inetpub folder.
Anyone has any insight how to move site to another server.
