So I have web servers that are running Windows Server 2003 32bit. IIS 6.0 installed. All have the same update levels and same .net levels. The hardware varies as well as virtual machines mixed in but they all have ample specs. They all have the same content. They were built at different times.
Here is my issue, a couple of the newer servers we are seeing issues where the initial page load takes between 10-15 minutes. The other servers take less than 2 minutes. After the initial 10-15 minute page load everything runs fine.
What could I have configured differently between the old and new servers that would cause such a different in the initial page load time?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
