I got Error 0x80070020 while start my default web site on IIS 7.5 on Win 7 machine.
did a research at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/973094
and try use
netstat -aon | find ":80"
and check Task Manager, but PID does not exist.
Can you please advise where to look the iuuse?
