invalid application path

I got invalid applicaiton path when I click on Basic setting and testing button on my ASP.Net web site. If I click on Browse Application then I got HTTP 500 Error

I did uninstall and reinstall IIS and ASP.Net, but still the same.

I can access IIS using IP address, but I got HTTP 404 file not found when I refresh localhost.

Can any one advise where I need check configuration my IIS?

I just had some issue and uninstall and reinstall my IIS and ASP.Net.

It seems that my PHP works.
