Domain redirection in IIS7

I have a domain that I want to redirect to another domain. Previously, in IIS6, I specified either a physical path for a domain or another domain to be redirected to. In IIS7, I don't see how to define a site with HTTP Redirect without also specifying the physical path in the Basic Settings for the site. I don't want to have to specify the physical path for a site that I want to redirect. Is there a way to do this?
